A little bakery

Merry Little Baker started with a simple belief: that the best things in life are made slowly, by hand, and shared generously. We opened our doors on Niles Road with nothing but a stand mixer, a passion for sourdough, and a commitment to using real ingredients.

Every loaf is fermented overnight. Every tart is filled with whatever's fresh at the market. Every cup of coffee is pulled with attention. This isn't a factory — it's a kitchen, and we treat every order like it's for someone we love.
